Head of Underwriting Governance & Technical Standards

Sompo International seeks a Lead Underwriting Governance and Technical Standards for Continental Europe. You will shape the CUO Office, governance across underwriting, and collaborate with European market teams. Location flexibility includes Zurich, Paris, Milan, Cologne or Munich.

You will design policies, manage referrals and accreditation, and drive consistency with KPIs, ensuring governance excellence across geographies.
