Head of UI/UX
When a player opens our game, the first thing they feel isn’t just the art — it’s the flow . The clarity. The delight in moving through the experience.
We’re looking for a Head of UI/UX who understands that great interface design is invisible — but unforgettable. You’ll lead a small team of designers, work closely with product and development, and define the visual language and usability standards across all our mobile titles.
This is a leadership role for someone who combines system thinking with hands-on design craft — and has the portfolio to prove it.
What you’ll do
Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision across all games
Lead and mentor a team of UX and UI designers — helping them grow and execute at a high level
Collaborate with game designers, PMs, and developers to bring ideas to life
Build player flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final assets
Establish scalable design systems, UI libraries , and style guides
Conduct (and support) user testing, UX research, and usability reviews
Ensure accessibility, clarity, and visual consistency across every touchpoint
Advocate for the player, and balance simplicity with creativity
