Head of Transformation and Digital Perfo Management (f/m)

Responsibilities

• EII - IM Run Costs (€200m): Drumbeat IM recurring costs (in France, Germany and Spain) to secure adherence to target and deliver financial reporting (monthly excl. Jan & July), build the proper planning (OP and Budget) and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3‑year forecasts.
• Be responsible for the IM chargeback to functions (in France and Germany) and intercompany cost rebalancing.
• Participate in CFTs as finance focal point and support all improvement initiatives targeting savings (SCORE).Secure EII Function cost follow‑up and good delta recovery adherence.
• Follow up the Business Case for the IM Insourcing project (up to 2029) and secure expected savings.
• Align with the IM group finance team on the Group CFT and specific projects and processes.
• CPP Portfolio Controlling (€225m – 180 projects): in deep collaboration with the CPP Portfolio responsible secure projects adherence to target and proper company arbitration; support the Portfolio responsible in process definition and arbitration process; manage all stakeholders and be single source of truth for all data; deliver financial reporting (monthly excl. Jan & July) of the 4 layers incl. detail per project; build the proper planning (OP) after project arbitration and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3‑year forecasts; secure the saving estimation for each project and ensure function adherence; secure yearly German/France cost rebalancing for major centrally financed projects; support the "Blaue Mappe" audit review in Germany.
• Project controller of NewERP (€45m), DDMS (€20m) and other Digital/Transformation Projects (45m€ – 65 projects): safeguard the Business Case and its evolutions; deliver monthly reporting to the project team; secure planning (OP and 3 FCs); secure year‑end landing; ensure proper capitalisation of cost for ERP & DDPS and align with the Group on recharging EIA/E/L/T; manage IM Capex (€20m) controlling; secure IM capex arbitration and project follow, asset follow‑up, proper EiS and planning of depreciation scheme; support Digital Innovation team in defining project financial assessment and ROI expected (including Artificial Intelligence projects).
