Head of Transformation
Artefact is a French consulting and engineering firm specializing in data and AI, and a leader in Europe. Headquartered in Paris, we now operate in 23 countries across all continents and have a team of 1,700 employees.
Our mission is to help businesses unlock the full potential of AI and data by developing tailor‑made solutions that address their specific industry challenges. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured discovery sessions with function leads (CFO, CHRO, CMO, CTO) to map pain points and unmet needs.
- Observe end‑to‑end workflows to identify friction that teams have normalized but shouldn’t accept.
- Translate qualitative frustrations into quantified improvement opportunities with a clear business case.
- Maintain a living pipeline of prioritized opportunities, updated as the organization evolves.
- Lead a Portfolio of Transformation Initiatives – Own the transformation roadmap and be accountable for delivery across all support domains, from process redesign and tooling deployment to change adoption.

Change & Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to function leads, balancing constructive challenge with genuine support.
- Engage key leaders (country CEOs, heads of chapter) around a shared vision.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement that outlasts any individual initiative.
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and import outside‑in thinking.
Transformation Portfolio Monitoring & COMEX Reporting
