Head of Toxicology – Fragrance Safety, Hybrid/Remote

IFF is seeking a Head of Toxicology, Scent, to lead a global team and advance safety strategies for fragrance ingredients and delivery technologies. Based in Hilversum with hybrid/remote options, you will steer regulatory risk management and push innovative, non-animal testing approaches.

The role requires a PhD in toxicology or related field, and a track record of guiding cross-functional initiatives within global product safety. A strong external presence is valued.
