Overview
- Take responsibility for the External Expertise and Competence Management Department
- Lead the overall strategy for sourcing, qualifying, assigning, and engaging a network of external experts
- Ensure the quality and compliance of audit assignments
- Develop and structure qualification pathways and competency development programs for auditors
- Ensure economic performance by optimizing resources and controlling costs
- Manage the department teams and strengthen internal synergies
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- Proven experience in audit, certification, or in managing networks of experts
- Strong understanding of standards/frameworks and accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated managerial experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong interest in digital transformation and familiarity with data tools
