Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our engineering team (currently 20+ engineers, developers, and DevOps).
• Define and own Centric Shoppingfeed’s technical roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects.
• Oversee architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and technical project management.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align technical execution with business needs.
• Drive platform scalability, security, and performance improvements.
• Introduce processes and systems that improve team efficiency, velocity, and delivery quality.

• Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Github Actions
• Databases & Messaging: MariaDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Monitoring & Reliability: Datadog
• Tools & Workflow: Jira, Git, Slack

Skills Required

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
• Strong background in cloud architecture, data flows, APIs, and large-scale integrations.
• Experience scaling teams and implementing efficient engineering processes.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken & written).
• A hands-on leader: able to zoom into architecture discussions while keeping focus on strategy.
