Head of technical projects (F/M)

By joining the Technical & Operations network , you will play a key role in major highway projects at every step of the infrastructure lifecycle.
- Support and oversee strategic infrastructure projects across all phases (development, construction, operations) ;
- Bring your technical expertise to optimize performance, reliability and sustainability of our assets ;
- Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams to achieve project milestones, quality standards and client satisfaction ;
- Drive continuous improvement , implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability ;
- Contribute to a strong operations & maintenance culture of excellence , aligned with Group standards —particularly in terms of economic performance, safety, environment, customer satisfaction and social governance.
- Engineer degree, with a minimum of 7 years of operational/technical in large infrastructure or construction project ;
- Strong understanding of technical, contractual and operational challenges ;
- Ability to identify and solve key contractual and technical issues ;
- Good knowledge of the construction and infrastructure environment ;
- Experience working in an international, multidisciplinary and multicultural context ;
- Leadership and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders ;
- Autonomy to successfully carry out complex projects ;
- Fluent English required (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset).
