Head of Talent Development — Build Talent Frameworks (Hybrid)

Back Market is seeking a senior leader to own the talent development practice, linking performance, careers, skills, learning, and succession into a single trusted system. You will partner with People Partners and senior leaders to drive end-to-end programs, including the Workday Talent and Learning modules, while shaping the Career Architecture.
