Head of Site Management

We are seeking a Head of Site Management to support business development from proposal presentation to negotiation, manage accounts for external commercial partners and vendors, and oversee all site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing licensing processes and develop necessary documents for submission.
• Prepare specifications for subcontracting projects and construction.
• Review and critically analyze projects, adapting them to on‑site realities.
• Control subcontractor work, including installation of structures, photovoltaic modules, solar cabling, and inverters.
• Follow up on progress and quality, ensuring coherence with drawings.
• Provide technical support to subcontractors as needed.
• Assist with commissioning of photovoltaic plants.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for senior management.
• Plan and supervise all relevant site works, prioritizing tasks.
• Conduct site surveys following GV Group parameters and guidelines for the Execution Project.
• Resolve issues related to manpower, material delivery, performance, timing, and cost.

Installers Management

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for the installation phase.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations at construction sites.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Act as liaison between the firm and subcontractors.
• Communicate project updates and progress to senior management.
• Resolve communication issues within the team.

Construction Operation & Maintenance

• Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Order budgets for project construction and procurement.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential on‑site issues and risks, proposing effective solutions.
• Address conflicts or disputes among team members or subcontractors.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations.
• Provide regular project status updates during team meetings.
• Manage, maintain, and monitor projects after the commissioning phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Excellent organizational skills; proactive, motivated, and goal‑oriented.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, PVSOL, PVSYST, and other electrical sizing software.
• Understanding of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage electricity and communications networks.
• Driving licence B.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Exigences (Français)

• Diplôme de licence en ingénierie ou formation technique équivalente.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, profil proactif, motivé et orienté résultats.
• Maîtrise d'AutoCAD, MS Office, PV*SOL et PVsyst.
• Connaissance d'autres logiciels de dimensionnement électrique.
• Connaissances en électricité basse tension, moyenne tension et réseaux de communication.
• Permis de conduire catégorie B.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais.
• Esprit proactif, orienté terrain et orienté solutions.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
• Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
• Bonnes capacités de communication et relationnelles.
