Head of Service Operations - Compression

Are you a hands‑on leader with strong industrial service experience and a passion for operational excellence? Join Siemens Energy as our Head of Field Service Compression based in Le Havre .

In this strategic leadership role, you will:

• Lead all Field Service operations related to compression and rotating equipment
• Manage and develop a team of 15–20 field engineers and technicians
• Drive the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational performance
• Build strong long‑term relationships with key customers
• Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading technical teams in a complex industrial environment
• Understanding of compression systems rotating equipment / compressors / turbomachinery
• Strong safety mindset and customer focus
• Demonstrated leadership and change management capabilities
• Fluent in French and English
