Head of Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance

Qonto, a Paris-based fintech, is seeking a Head of Sanctions to design and lead the company’s sanctions framework across Europe. You will report to Florence Cervoni and work with MLROs, Banking Operations, AML, Fraud, Product and Tech to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

You will drive policy definition, controls, and tooling, while growing a central function that supports Qonto's expansion and regulatory ambitions. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
