Own the sales strategy and execution for our saas product (artist side)
Responsibilities
Design and drive a top-class sales department
Recruit, manage, and upskill a team of 10+ sales
Define, monitor and improve key acquisition metrics of the sales cycle
Work directly with SaaS director and Steerco on strategic planning
Collaborate with other departments (product, marketing etc) for tests
Make productivity gains by deploying AI
Qualifications
- Has already built and led a sales team (in B2C/B2smallB is a plus).
- Builds and owns a long-term sales and acquisition roadmap.
- Proven record of designing and scaling sales processes + management.
- Demonstrated success managing teams, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
- Great execution skills: hardworker and hands‑on.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
- Leadership skills.
- AI adopter.
- Fluent English.
- Any other language is a plus (team speaks EN/DE/ES/IT/FR).
- Based in Paris. (2 days a week remote policy).
