We are partnering with a highly respected global market leader in premium dining solutions and hospitality products. Backed by solid B-Corp ethics and a deep commitment to sustainability, our client is looking to dramatically transform their French market presence.

This is an unparalleled opportunity: an absolute blank canvas. You will be given greenfield authority to structurally remodel the business, shifting the strategy to build a premium direct-to-user French sales force. You will enjoy full freedom to develop the market and country.

MISSION

As the Head of Sales for France, you will act as the primary architect of a new direct-to-user strategy, holding full P&L accountability for the region. You will have the greenfield authority to design the strategic and operational sales policies necessary to achieve our long-term corporate objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership : Take total ownership of revenue, sales, and earnings growth across the French market. You will allocate annual district budgets, establish rigorous KPIs, and relentlessly track the effectiveness of your commercial initiatives.

Team Expansion & Leadership : Inheriting a core team, you will provide both professional and disciplinary leadership. Your immediate priority will be to recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of KAMs and Sales professionals capable of driving field pull demand.

Market Intelligence & Brand Activation : Drive trend analysis and market research through direct customer engagement to continually refine your go-to-market strategy. You will also elevate the brand's premium presence by leading our participation in exclusive industry trade events and fairs.

Operational Excellence : Modernise and optimise sales workflows, ensuring your newly formed field teams operate efficiently and in compliance with broader global group standards.

Global Collaboration : Navigate our dynamic corporate matrix to spearhead complex local and international projects. You will work directly with global departments to ensure your French market strategy aligns with the wider corporate vision and sustainability goals.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a visionary, hands‑on sales leader who thrives in high-end hospitality environments and knows exactly how to execute structural market shifts.

  • Proven sales & team leadership experience specifically within high-end hospitality product manufacturing.
  • Full P&L ownership and management experience.
  • Deep experience navigating the HoReCa channel, successfully managing complex relationships with both wholesale distributors and direct end-users.
  • A proven track record of driving structural change, including team transformations, performance turnarounds, and commercial restructuring.
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Based in France with the flexibility for frequent domestic and international travel.
