Head of Sales & Distribution — France, Belgium & Luxembourg

American International Group is seeking a Head of Sales and Distribution for France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The role leads a 21-person team, coordinating Broker and Client Engagement while reporting to the Cluster General Manager and participating in the cluster executive committee.

The candidate will monitor the insurance market, translate opportunities into AIG appetite, and partner with Marketing and Communications.
