Head of Sales & Distribution – France, Belgium & Luxembourg

AIG is seeking a Head of Sales and Distribution for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, based in Paris. You will lead the broker and client engagement efforts, coordinating with the EMEA Head of Broker & Client Engagement, and drive cross-border growth across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in corporate insurance. Fluency in French and English is essential, with experience in multinational matrix structures preferred.
