Head of Sales Associate (Internship)

Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system. Our vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all.

Responsibilities

  • Sales performance monitoring: track and analyze key Sales KPIs, build dashboards and regular reporting, propose corrective actions, and help shape action plans.
  • Team animation: prepare business presentations, quarterly reviews and internal decks to fuel alignment and energy within the Sales organization.
  • Regular check‑ins & reporting: own the cadence of operational reporting and ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Strategic Sales initiatives: lead end‑to‑end analysis and projects on Go‑To‑Market strategy, competitive positioning, process improvements and other high‑impact topics.
  • Ad hoc support to the Head of Sales: jump in on any priority requiring sharp, reliable, fast thinking.

Qualifications

  • You have full working proficiency in French;
  • You have at least advanced level in English (written and spoken);
  • You are analytical and think strategically: turn data into insights and insights into action, zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to get things done;
  • You have a strong business sense: understand a competitive market and are excited by the challenge of making a disruptive product win against established players;
  • You are self‑organized and autonomous: manage your work rigorously, meet deadlines without hand‑holding, and deliver quality output;
  • You communicate effectively: write clearly, present with confidence, and adapt your style to your audience;
  • You enjoy working with people: build trust quickly and be a useful, pleasant partner in day‑to‑day interactions;
  • You display a growth mindset: actively seek feedback, learn fast, and see this internship as a real springboard for your early career;
  • You show versatility: build a performance dashboard one day, draft a strategic memo the next, and thrive on variety;
  • You excel at teamwork: work cross‑functionally, align stakeholders and move initiatives forward even without owning resources;
  • You are currently based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.

We are a 6‑month internship based in Paris, starting as soon as possible. We are ideally looking for a final‑year student from a top business school or, warmly, gap‑year students with an exceptional profile.
