Are you ready to take the lead in driving the commercial growth of cutting-edge cardiovascular imaging technology?

We're partnering with an innovative European medical imaging software company that's transforming the way clinicians analyse cardiovascular MRI and CT scans. Following continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to lead commercial strategy and accelerate expansion across France and international markets.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a highly differentiated, regulatory-approved software platform and play a pivotal role in shaping its next phase of growth. Depending on your experience, this position could also be aligned with VP of Sales or Chief Business Officer level responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead direct commercial sales activities across France.
• Develop, manage and grow an international network of distributor partners.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinicians and key stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive strategic business growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to influence the company's commercial direction.
• Travel across your territory, with quarterly visits to the company's headquarters.

What we’re looking for:

• 10-15 years of experience within the Medical Imaging industry.
• A proven track record selling into hospitals and through distributor networks.
• Strong business development and commercial leadership experience.
• Fluent French and English are essential.
• Additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin would be highly advantageous.
• Passion for bringing innovative imaging technologies to market.
