Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to build and lead Neurobus' commercial activities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop our sales strategy, generate revenue, build strategic partnerships, and establish Neurobus as a key player in the European defense and aerospace ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute Neurobus' commercial strategy.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across defense, aerospace, drone, and government markets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute directly to company growth.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with major industry players, government agencies, and defense contractors.
- Establish partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and technology providers.
- Represent Neurobus at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and procurement opportunities.
- Identify emerging markets and new application areas for Neurobus technologies.
- Contribute to strategic positioning and go‑to‑market planning.
Team Building
- Help build and scale the future commercial organization.
- Define sales processes, CRM practices, and performance metrics.
- Mentor and support future business development team members.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, drones, robotics, embedded systems, AI, or related industries.
- Experience working with public sector customers, defense procurement, or government contracts is highly desirable.
Skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment with significant autonomy.
