As we continue to scale across Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated Head of Sales France to drive our growth in the French market.
About the Role
As Head of Sales France, you will be responsible for defining and executing our commercial strategy in France while driving new business acquisition among major industry players. Responsibilities
- Define and execute Charlie24's commercial strategy in France;
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers, including OEMs, importers, leasing companies, rental providers, and other mobility stakeholders;
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a hunter mindset;
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract signature;
- Understand customer challenges and develop tailored value propositions;
- Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure customer success;
- Represent Charlie24 at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the mobility and roadside assistance ecosystem;
- Established network within the French roadside assistance, automotive, mobility, leasing, rental, or fleet ecosystem;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Charlie24's commercial processes and growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in senior commercial roles, ideally as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales;
- Proven track record in B2B sales to enterprise accounts;
- Significant experience within roadside assistance, automotive services, fleet management, leasing, rental, mobility services, or related industries;
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing large strategic accounts.
