As the Head of Operational Talent Solutions, you will serve as the chief architect and visionary leader for our high-volume business segments across the entire country. You are responsible for the overarching commercial and operational health of our critical industry specialties—including light industrial, retail, and contact centers. By translating global strategy into dominant market performance, you will ensure our national delivery infrastructure provides the scale and quality necessary to power our clients' businesses and outpace the competition.
