Head of Risk & Compliance — Fintech & Crypto (Remote)

Bitstack is seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead its compliance function at a crucial time. You will develop the compliance strategy as Bitstack expands into European markets, ensuring regulatory adherence and managing AML frameworks.

The ideal candidate has over six years in compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and a capability to scale teams. You'll work closely with product and engineering to integrate compliance from day one while cultivating a strong compliance culture.
