As the brand continues its ambitious growth journey across Europe, we are looking for an exceptional retail leader to take ownership of a portfolio of 100+ boutiques across the region .

This is a high-profile, hands-on leadership position, playing a pivotal role in driving retail performance, developing teams and supporting the brand's ambitious expansion plans.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience leading multi-site retail operations across Europe.
• Experience managing and developing teams of Area Managers.
• A strong track record of driving sales performance and operational excellence.
• A hands-on leadership style, with a genuine passion for being present in stores and developing boutique teams.
• The flexibility and appetite for extensive European travel (3–4 days per week).
