The Role
To support our strong growth and further structure our operations, they are looking for a Head of Projects France , based in Aix-en-Provence.
You will play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of charging infrastructure deployments across France.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Department Structuring: Structure the France Projects Department, define project management processes, deployment methodologies, and performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure scalability.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers, including Senior Project Manager profiles. Set objectives, conduct annual performance reviews, and support their professional development.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire portfolio of complex charging infrastructure projects with significant strategic and financial importance, ensuring that margins, timelines, safety requirements, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital tools, particularly through the integration of AI, to improve the operational efficiency of project teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Pre-Sales: Ensure strong collaboration and alignment with the Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales departments. Provide support during major commercial presentations and act as an escalation point for key account customers.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Engineering degree, ideally specialising in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, combined with significant and proven experience managing technical teams .
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of high- and low-voltage electrical networks (HV/LV), civil engineering requirements, and ideally the EV charging infrastructure (EV charging / EVSE) sector . Fluency in English is essential. xuezdbg
