Head of Product Network

Overview

Head of Product, Network Products at Scaleway. Lead the Network Product team and shape the product vision for Network Services (VPC, Load Balancer, Public Gateway, Interlink, Edge Services, VPN, CDN) to deliver scalable, resilient, and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Network Products (VPC, Load Balancer, VPN, CDN, etc.).
• Coach and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers, supporting their daily work and career growth.
• Identify pain points and opportunities, acting as PM when needed to support operational delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering to overcome delivery challenges and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
• Synchronize product and development roadmaps with the Head of Engineering Network.
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple product streams to ensure delivery and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for rollout of new features, tiers, and regions.
• Engage with key partners to develop integrations and improve services.
• Ensure product consistency in terms of user experience, business impact, and technical approach.
• Define and track KPIs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Anticipate future market trends to expand Scaleway’s network product portfolio.

About You

HARD SKILLS

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including team leadership.
• Strong expertise in networking products (VPC, Load Balancer, Connectivity, Network Security, CDN).
• Proven ability to define and execute a strategic product vision.
• Technical background in networking or cloud engineering.
• Proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence).

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong leadership with experience managing senior PMs.
• Excellent coaching skills to help team members grow and thrive.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery.
• Assertive yet collaborative with strong relationship-building across engineering and business functions.
