Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in B2B SaaS / Tech, including at least 5 years in Product Marketing and ideally a first Head of / Lead PMM role
- Proven ownership of positioning, packaging and pricing at platform or multi-product scale, including mixed business models (subscription, usage-based, marketplace / transactional)
- Track record leading GTM for new products, major launches and product repositioning within a broader platform
- Strong commercial and financial literacy (unit economics, ACV, margin, price realization), comfortable operating with Finance, Sales and C-level
- Player-coach mindset: ships packaging, pricing and launches end-to-end, not just frameworks
- Prior experience in healthcare, medico-social or other complex regulated B2B markets is a strong plus
- French and English fluent
What the job involves
- As Head of Product Marketing at Hublo, you will turn our product portfolio into a clear, differentiated and monetizable value proposition for the French healthcare and medico-social market
- You will sit at the intersection of Product, Strategy, Sales and Marketing — defining positioning, packaging and pricing across the Hublo platform, owning the go-to-market of new products and influencing the roadmap with structured market and client insights
- This role is a co-architect of Hublo's commercial strategy and the primary voice of the market inside the company
- This is not a communication or content function
- We are looking for someone capable of shaping how Hublo wins in its markets, not just translating what Product builds
- Own the positioning of the Hublo platform and of each product within it, ensuring coherence at platform level and distinctiveness at product level
- Build a structured market and competitive intelligence practice and translate it into executive-level POVs on segmentation, prioritization and new product bets
- Design the packaging architecture of the platform (bundles, modules, add-ons) and build pricing strategies blending subscription and marketplace / transactional models
- Lead pricing evolutions with measurable business impact
- Own the GTM framework and lead the GTM of Hublo Recrutement, Hublo Planning and future product evolutions
- Deliver the upstream part of Sales & CS enablement (positioning, messaging, battle cards, pricing guidance) and hand over enablement-ready materials to Revenue Enablement
- Bring market, competitive and commercial signals into roadmap discussions to influence what gets prioritized and how it gets shaped
- Design and operate structured feedback loops from the market back into Product and Strategy
- Manage and develop the current team of two PMMs, define the target structure for the next 12–24 months and hire the next team members
- Operate as a player-coach: write positioning, battlecards and launch plans yourself when needed, not just review them
