Head of Product Design: Strategy & AI UX

Malt is seeking a Head of Product Design to lead a high-impact segment of the design org and partner with product and engineering to connect freelancers and clients globally. You will elevate core product experiences to drive growth, lead a design team with focus on craft, safety, and scalable journeys, and partner with AI workflow initiatives.

Reporting to the VP of Design, you will own strategy, roadmaps, and the aesthetic direction while fostering psychological safety and top talent.
