Overview

Implicity is a digital MedTech company that uses Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to support cardiologists. The platform enables management of remote patient data, helps anticipate issues earlier, and supports life-saving care at the right time.

Role

Head of Product – responsible for owning and scaling the product, defining the product vision, and leading the Product Team to deliver impactful features in a regulated health-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmaps across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure roadmap delivery and optimize team performance.
• Lead, structure, and grow the Product Team (Product Managers, Product Designers).
• Be the voice of the user and advocate for co-construction of the product with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-scope initiatives.

Experience & Profile

• Confirmed Product Leadership Experience: 10+ years in SaaS product with at least one successful experience as a Product Leader (CPO / VP Product / Head of).
• Significant experience in HealthTech or a regulated environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership of topics and drive to completion, directly or indirectly.
• Strategic visionary who connects product vision to business goals and can build the organization to achieve it.
• Strong business acumen: defining the Product as solving user problems to positively impact the business.
• Operational Excellence: mastery of modern product management methodologies and ability to scale teams and processes.
• Technical and data acuity: understanding SaaS platforms, APIs, AI, and using data to inform decisions while avoiding data paralysis.
• Leadership through influence: exceptional communication across engineers, doctors, sales, and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep user empathy and a genuine obsession with understanding users’ problems.

What the role offers

Weekly check-ins with your manager to support success and skill development. Teams operate with quarterly OKRs to ensure clarity and alignment. Annual appraisal as a development-focused conversation.

General Information, Salary & Benefits

• Salary : 90–100k€ base, depending on experience (type of contract).
• Employee stock option plan (BSPCE) subject to customary conditions.

Location & Remote Work

• Hybrid work: 3 days per week (progressively).
