Head of Procurement

Responsibilities

• Take over and lead the existing procurement function
• Manage a team of 3 to 5 employees (procurement, company car fleet, IT, travel)
• Oversee purchasing processes and facilities/general services
• Run tenders and lead strategic negotiations
• Secure supplier relationships and contractual commitments
• Ensure procurement process compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements, including the Sapin II law
• Contribute to supplier risk mapping and internal audits
• Implement and optimize the procurement chain within the Finance ERP system
• Improve Procure-to-Pay processes and strengthen internal controls
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the function

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management
• Proven experience in procurement management and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of compliance issues and the Sapin II law
• Experience structuring procurement processes and working with Finance ERP environments
• Natural leadership, high level of rigor and autonomy
• Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills
• Analytical mindset and results orientation
