Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the circularity initiative, building new business models and complex projects over a 10‑year horizon.
- Replicate the lighter SD plan deliverables across Stationary, Shaver, and Brushes to make SD profitable.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination, animation, and change management across the group.
- Track project KPIs, prepare management dashboards, and facilitate decision‑making.
- Ensure the portfolio is executed efficiently, managing dependencies, risks, and benefits.
Qualifications
- Ideally MBA or equivalent in sustainable development, public policy, or environmental science.
- Professional certification in ESG or project/portfolio management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- 15+ years of mature PMO experience in matrix, multi‑cultural organizations.
- Proven record of value creation and strong understanding of BIC group operations.
- Proficiency in English and French; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Key Challenges
- Managing a highly complex, granular, long‑term project with limited direct authority.
- Building a new business model, engaging diverse teams across the organization.
- Maintaining momentum and enthusiasm over a 10‑year horizon.
- Leveraging technology and automated reporting for faster decision making.
Decision‑Making Authority
- Wider team animation and coordination.
- Tracking project KPIs and preparing dashboards.
- Facilitating cross‑functional coordination and arbitration on priorities/resources.
- Supporting change management initiatives.
- Capitalizing best practices across projects.
