- Lead and coordinate three key strategic initiatives: SD circularity, new business, and lobbying.
- Drive the circularity initiative, building a new business model and managing a complex, 10‑year project that spans multiple functions.
- Apply broader animation and transformation skills beyond the SD team, impacting the entire group.
- Ensure the PMO delivers critical results that secure the team’s mission.
Major Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Ramp up the lighter SD plan and develop circularity strategy (approx. 15% of time).
- Replicate the lighter SD plan deliverable across Stationary, Shaver, Brushes to make SD profitable (approx. 83% of time).
- Support M&A new business opportunities, with integration outside scope (approx. 1% of time).
- Drive lobbying efforts to support sustainability initiatives (approx. 1% of time).
Qualifications
Education:
- Ideally an MBA in sustainable development, public policy, environmental science, or a related field.
- Professional certification in ESG and/or project, portfolio management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Proficiency in English and French; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven record in value creation within matrix and multi‑cultural organizations.
- Knowledge of project and portfolio management tools (MS‑Project, ServiceNow PM, or equivalent).
- At least 15 years of mature PMO experience.
- Strong understanding of the BIC Group, with international experience primarily in Europe and the Americas.
Special Training or Competence
- Real plant knowledge and experience.
- Experience in building or managing alternative business models.
- Experience with lighter manufacturing and teams (category and plant), and strong interest in ST & SH manufacturing.
- Exposure to M&A and lobbying is a plus but not critical.
- SD knowledge is a plus but not critical.
Additional Information
- Open and curious.
- Highly operational, hands‑on.
- Close collaboration with finance and the Phoenix transformation team; weekly progress reporting on all projects.
- Strong liaison with category Quality‑Control teams.
