Corner recrute !**Role**You will lead a talented team of 20 engineers, organized into 5 distinct teams, and hold ultimate responsibility for the entire infrastructure, data pipelines, and services that power our products. You will define a vision, build a strategy, and ensure our platform can support exponential growth in data volume, use case and client.**Main Missions*** **Lead and mentor 5 Team Leads**, empowering them to achieve their goals and grow their respective teams.* **Define the strategic vision and roadmap** for the Platform Engineering department, ensuring direct alignment with company-wide objectives.* **Drive the architecture and scalability** of all our systems, from our video ingestion engine to our client-facing API.* **Ensure the reliability, performance, and security** of our cloud infrastructure, which processes hundreds of thousands of games each year and petabytes of data.* **Act as a strategic partner** to the Product, Computer Vision, and Data Science teams, providing them with the robust tools and platforms they need.* **Effectively communicate** technical challenges, risks, and opportunities to the executive team to inform strategic decision-making.**Why join us*** **Domain:*

We are looking for a passionate technology leader who can seamlessly switch between deep architectural discussions and high-level strategic planning.* **5+ years of proven experience in engineering management**, with at least 2 years in a "manager of managers" role (leading Team Leads).* **10+ years of technical expertise** in designing, building, and operating large-scale, data-intensive platforms.* **Mastery of AWS ecosystem** and modern Dev

Ops practices (Ia

C, Kubernetes, CI/CD).* **Experience in defining technical roadmaps** and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.* **An excellent ability to communicate a complex vision** in a simple way to both engineering and non-technical audiences.* **A strong product and UX sensibility**, you understand that APIs and internal tools are products in their own* **Based in Paris** at least 3 days a week* **Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.*
