Head of People - SaaS FinTech

This fast-growing SaaS company, fresh from a Series A round (€4.5M) in early 2025, is building a digital ecosystem for finance and wealth management professionals . After scaling from 10 to 45 employees in less than a year and serving 600+ clients (private banks, brokers, distribution networks), the company is entering a new stage of structured growth.

The Head of People / HR Lead will design and scale the People & Culture function , ensuring the organization remains fast, cohesive, and human as it grows.

What’s expected from this role?

• Build solid HR foundations : recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leadership development.
• Scale hiring efforts for tech, support, and enterprise teams (10–15 hires in the next 6 months).
• Strengthen employer branding and culture in the Bordeaux tech ecosystem.
• Implement consistent 1:1 and feedback rituals to drive alignment and engagement.
• Support the founders in structuring teams to meet the company’s growth and revenue goals.

• A clear, scalable recruitment strategy in place.
