Trust? Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of People Excellence to join our Global HR Team.  As a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, you will help shape and execute Dili

Trust’s People strategy across its international organisation. You will lead a team of three and own the People transformation roadmap, operational excellence agenda, and the development of AI, data and digital capabilities. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on builder with strong consulting experience, exceptional analytical rigour and the drive to turn complex, multi-country priorities into scalable processes, measurable outcomes and lasting change. What You’ll do: Process & Policy Design Design, formalize and lead the end-to-end roll-out of scalable global HR processes, policies and operating standards across Dili

Trust’s multi-country organization. Structure and deploy key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts and amendments. Lead cross-country implementation, and continuous improvement, harmonizing practices while adapting processes to local requirements and ensuring legal compliance. Drive HR compliance and legal operations in partnership with internal and external legal experts, local stakeholders and providers.  HR Project Management Lead strategic HR projects from definition to delivery, including AI, HRIS, M&A, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive complex, multi-country and multi-stream projects with a strong focus on pace, quality, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes. Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, mobilize stakeholders and remove roadblocks to ensure delivery.  HR Operational Excellence & Employee Experience Set and drive a culture of operational excellence within the People Excellence team, combining high standards, precision, proactivity and responsiveness to deliver consistently high-quality People Operations services. Measure, analyze and continuously improve the employee and manager experience by identifying pain points and needs, strengthening communication and simplifying HR processes and interactions. Continuously optimize and streamline People processes through automation and continuous improvement, while building and maintaining clear process documentation, playbooks and knowledge bases.  AI, Data & HRIS Act as the People team’s AI builder and transformation lead, owning the People AI, Data and HRIS roadmap from use-case prioritisation to delivery, adoption and measurable impact. Own the Group-wide AI deployment plan for People, including stakeholder engagement, change management and the AI skills development roadmap, and drive execution across countries. Build the People data and KPI framework, turning reliable HR data and AI into actionable business insights. Maintain an active watch on AI and HR technology developments to identify relevant opportunities, use cases and risks.  Profile Required :10+ years of experience in Consulting, HR transformation, People Operations, Operational excellence or a related field. Significant consulting or advisory experience, with a proven ability to structure complex problems, design operating models and lead implementation. Proven experience leading complex, multi-country and multi-stream projects, including global process design and roll-out. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear priorities, decisions and action. A genuine passion for operational excellence, innovation and continuously improving the employee and manager experience. Hands-on experience with HRIS, HR data, KPIs, AI and digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance, particularly in France and ideally across several international jurisdictions. High level of drive, ownership and proactivity, with a strong results orientation and the ability to move complex topics forward in a fast-paced environment. Proven people-management and stakeholder-management skills.  Fluent in English.  Hiring Process :An HR interview An interview with Céline, Chief People Officer An interview with our Head of Talent Acquisition and a People Business Partner A practical use case with Céline A final interview with another Executive Committee member  What we offer :Join a fast-growing company in a friendly, international environment (offices in France, Spain ,Germany, Italy, Canada, US, Mexico and UAE)  Our Telework Charter ensures the right balance between onsite and remote work Additional benefits: CSE, meal vouchers, profit-sharing bonus, and more... Dili
