Head of Partnerships & Growth - Remote

Hometouch is seeking a Head of Partnerships to develop and grow referral-based opportunities. You will build relationships with healthcare, social care, hospitals, charities and professional networks, turning introductions into long-term partnerships that feed the sales pipeline.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Operations to shape partnerships, attend meetings and events, and ensure opportunities are followed up and progressed to new clients.
