Head of Partnerships & Growth Operations

Lemrock is building the infrastructure for conversational commerce. As Lead of Partnerships & Operations, you’ll own partnerships, drive performance, and manage launches with Product and Tech. You’ll work directly with the founders, starting with partnerships and operations, and expanding the scope as you prove impact.

You will negotiate terms, model revenue scenarios, and ensure execution across teams, while maintaining a strong bias for results and accuracy in a fast-paced startup environment.
