Head of Package FBL – P&C Underwriting Growth Leader

American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Head of Package for the FBL Cluster (France, Belgium, Luxembourg) to develop and execute the multiline P&C product line strategy in the SME segment. You will own the FBL Package P&L, drive profitable growth, and strengthen broker and client relationships.

The role requires deep P&C expertise, leadership, and the ability to deliver innovative underwriting guidance across distribution channels including MGAs/DUAs.
