Head of Owner Experience — Luxury Hospitality Leader
The Vines of Mendoza – Vineyards & Luxury Resort is hiring a senior leader to run the owner experience for more than 300 vineyard, villa, and winery owners across our private ownership community in Argentina’s Uco Valley.
The role owns the post‑sale experience across every part of ownership – vineyard, villa, winemaking, and home. The resort team serves resort guests; this role serves the people who own here.
Owners stay for ten, fifteen, or twenty years. Each conversation, harvest, and hard moment builds a relationship that outlasts most careers and drives revenue through tier upgrades, winemaking volumes, villas, and referrals. This leader will run, refine, and make the best owner experience in the wine world.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 8–10 across account management, wine experience, label management, and logistics communication—organized around four owner lanes (Vineyard, Villa, Winemaking, Home) and a four‑tier service model launching July 1.
- Be the steady presence for 320 owners—senior executives and entrepreneurs—ensuring relationships that remember name, last conversation, proactive outreach, and support in hard moments.
- Tighten and refine the owner experience across post‑sale phases and uphold the high standards set by leading hospitality companies.

What we’re looking for :
- ***** years in client services, luxury hospitality, premium membership, or private wealth.
- 5+ years leading teams of 8 or more.
- A track record managing long‑term, high‑value client relationships—owners who renew, refer, and stay for years.
- Experience working across cultures with US, Brazilian, and European clients.
- AI fluency, or strong AI curiosity.
- Pattern‑recognition operator: you bring ideas before the problem surfaces.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Based in Mendoza or willing to relocate.
