Head of Operations, Home Search & Process Automation

Settlesweet in France is seeking an Operations Manager to run Home Search service operations, design scalable processes, and lead the operations team.

In your first month you will perform roles inside the ops team to understand workflows, from Home Matcher to Move In Specialist, and gather feedback.

In the first quarter and semester you will deploy automation with Zapier, define tools, maintain the knowledge base, and monitor KPIs and unit economics.
