You oversee the availability and efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to deliver production plans and minimize downtime across multiple production areas, technologies, and shifts
You monitor site performance metrics, escalate risks, and lead cross-functional corrective actions to meet production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency in line with defined KPIs
You ensure compliance with EHS, GMP (if applicable), and regulatory standards across complex operations, maintaining audit readiness and driving timely resolution of findings
You lead the integration of new technologies and process improvements, aligning initiatives with network strategy and ensuring effective change management across teams
You foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement, maintaining strong engagement on the shop floor and across organizational layers
What will convince us
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered a plus
You bring extensive experience in regulated manufacturing operations, preferably in biopharma or biotech, including leadership of large teams and complex multi-line operations
You demonstrate strong expertise in GMP (if applicable), EHS, cost control, and production planning within high-complexity environments
You show proven ability to lead through multiple organizational layers, manage large cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of accountability and performance
You apply strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to manage complex variance analysis, root cause investigations, and cross-functional resolution
You leverage data effectively for decision-making and performance tracking
You communicate fluently in English; proficiency in the local site language is required
