Overview
Head of OEM Stationary Business Development. This role helps us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Serves as a point of contact between A-Gas and our customers and prospects and is responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers. Helps us achieve our European commercial goals.

Reports to European Commercial Director
Principal Place of Work Remote/Home-Based in Germany, Italy or the Netherlands with regular travel to customer sites/offices and A-Gas Europe sites.
Responsibilities
- Meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Manage and develop the Stationary OEM sales channel across the European region with full P&L responsibility.
- Own the sales relationship with existing OEM and develop refrigerant product portfolio (increase share of wallet).
- Develop retention strategy for incumbent business.
Qualifications
Essential
- Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in selling products into the heat pumps and chillers industry
- A strong network of professional contacts within the HVAC industry
- Experience in selling products within a technical field
- Experience of building long-term business partnerships
- Experience in owning P&L for a sales channel
- A proactive ‘sales hunter’ mentality and target-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel across Europe
Desirable
- Experience with or a technical understanding of industrial gases and/or refrigerants
- Multilingual – other European languages
