• No direct or dotted line reports initially, but strong coordination role across functions and countries.
• More than 8 years in Operations Management, including at least 3 years in a significant leadership or coordination role. Proven experience managing cross-country performance and capacity planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Data analytics and digital solution deployment experience
• Strategic network planning
• Monitoring and data analytics
• Problem-solving skills
• IT infrastructure knowledge
• Capacity management
• Cross-functional coordination
• Project management
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions and geographies
• Ability to manage investments and ensure ROI tracking
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership and accountability mindset, able to drive initiatives in a matrix environment
• Autonomous, results-driven, innovative, and collaborative
• At least 8–10 year in Operations Management, including at least 3 years in a significant leadership or coordination role. Proven experience managing cross-country performance and capacity planning
• Prior experience in an international and matrix organization strongly preferred
