Head of Marketing & Content
Bluesand is hiring its first Head of Marketing & Content in Paris.
LOCATION HARD REQUIREMENT — READ FIRST: This role is FULL IN-PERSON in Paris, France. Candidates MUST already be based in Paris (Île-de-France) OR willing to relocate to Paris immediately before start. NO REMOTE under any condition. NO HYBRID. The founder will NOT relocate even strong remote-only profiles. Do NOT surface candidates from outside Île-de-France unless their profile explicitly states active willingness to relocate to Paris.
Role: Found and own the marketing function at Bluesand. Build the B2B content engine, ship use-case content on the site, run LinkedIn editorial / personal-branding for Julien Pinede (CEO) and Maxime Jullien (co-founder), and develop the outbound content arm.
Company: AI-native ERP, rebuilding SAP/NetSuite-equivalent from first principles with agents on top. Customers live in prod: Doctolib (premier travail + réconciliation modules) and Poolside (CFO actively recommending Bluesand to peer CFOs). Pre-Series-C, end of phase 1. ICP: scale-ups 50–100M ARR + PE portfolios.
Profile: B2B SaaS head of marketing / head of content with strong LinkedIn editorial chops. Comfortable being the lead voice supporting Julien + Maxime's personal brands. Content strategy + use-case writing + LinkedIn copywriting; possibly outreach orchestration.
Anti-patterns:
- Anywhere-but-Paris based, unwilling to relocate (HARD reject — geo only)
- Remote-only candidates (HARD reject)
- Pure performance-marketing / paid-acquisition profile (not the need)
- Generalist comms with no content / LinkedIn editorial track record
