You would join one of XAnge’s 80 portfolio companies: fast-growing European tech startups building meaningful products across B2B SaaS, Healthtech, Fintech, Climatetech, Martech and beyond. These are scale‑ups where growth depends on building a brand and a repeatable demand engine, with small, ambitious teams where ownership is real, decisions are fast, and your impact is visible from day one. Every company in the pool is backed by XAnge (Siparex Group) and surrounded by a community of 80 founders and operators to lean on.
The team and why we need you
As Head of Marketing / CMO, you typically join a founder‑led company that has product‑market fit and now needs a real marketing engine to fuel growth. You might be the first senior marketing hire building the function from scratch, or step in to scale an existing team. You own brand and growth, report directly to the CEO/founders, and work hand in hand with Sales and Product.

Great products still need to be found, understood and chosen, and turning that into pipeline is the challenge.
Who we’re looking for
We care about track record and mindset, not pedigree. Ten or more years is a guideline, not a hard rule: exceptional profiles below that threshold are welcome.
Preferred experience
- Owned the full marketing function in a startup or scale‑up (Series A to C) and built a marketing team from 0 to 1 and beyond
Hard skills
- Brand, demand generation, content, communications, SEO/SEA
- Data‑driven approach (CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL, attribution modelling)
- ABM, inbound, performance marketing
- Tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Semrush, Webflow)
- French or European market experience a plus

- Strong storyteller
- Data‑driven
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Product
- Hands‑on builder mindset
- Team leadership
