Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

• Strong experience in partnership marketing, including building and managing relationships with strategic partners, agencies, influencers, media, affiliates, and other external stakeholders;

• Demonstrated ability to develop co-marketing initiatives and channel partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth;

• Experience launching and scaling brands in new or emerging markets, preferably across Latin America;

• Strong understanding of the LATAM market, including local consumer behavior, cultural nuances, media landscape, and key marketing channels;

• Experience adapting global brand strategies to local markets and audiences;

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect brand initiatives with measurable business results.
