We’re building the infrastructure for the Uber of aviation.

Our turnkey, white-label SaaS platform enables corporate jet operators, helicopter companies, regional airlines, and medical evacuation providers to schedule, sell, and book flights directly—replacing fragmented legacy intermediaries with modern, digital distribution.

Since signing our first Fortune 500 client in 2023, we’ve grown ARR 10x in just 14 months and now serve 70+ B2B clients, with the majority of our SaaS revenue generated in the US. We’re scaling rapidly to support this growth and the next generation of customers joining our platform.

As we raise our next funding round, we’re preparing to open our New York office and connect charter and regional aviation directly to global GDS networks such as Amadeus.

Our ambition is simple: build the technology layer that makes on demand aviation as accessible, bookable, and digitally distributed as any other form of travel and you will be the one leading its communication

You’ll be working close to some of our most important accounts, for example:

• Fortune 100 & Industrial groups digitizing their corporate jets & shuttle flight operations
• Large private jet operators based in Los Angeles, serving some of the most recognizable names in entertainment and media
• An ultra-exclusive, members-only, aviation club used by top UHNWY
• A marketplace connecting major insurers directly to medical evacuation operators

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and execute Moove’s product marketing strategy, shaping our key message and positioning our new products.
• Structure our software communication channels for both new leads & existing customers together with the technical & sales team to grow our lead pipeline & support product adoption
• Build and run our communication across our web presence, AI-search referencing, customer communication & product onboarding and international tradeshows organizations such as NBAA Las Vegas.
• Collaborate closely with CEO, Product Manager & CTO to refine marketing & sales roadmap.
• Represent Moove at international trade shows and events, strengthening client relationships and shaping our network in private aviation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing roadmaps, including digital campaigns, trade-show management, and complex product marketing.
• A strong sense of creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to translate sophisticated software capabilities into clear, premium communications suited to mission-critical aviation operations.
• Experience in aerospace, business aviation, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS, with a mindset that combines long-term strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage demanding and senior stakeholders—including corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, and aviation professionals.
• Hands‑on proficiency with our core marketing and communications stack: HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, Mailchimp—and, of course, Moove.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages—particularly Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian—are a strong advantage.
• A genuine interest in aviation, travel, or mobility is highly valued.
