Head of Logistics Operations

• Lead the entire logistics chain, from raw material receipt to delivery to customers
• Oversee hub operations in the Île-de-France region and across France: receiving, storage, order preparation, and flow management
• Optimize processes through lean management, automation, and continuous improvement
• Track service, productivity, quality, food safety, and logistics cost indicators
• Anticipate activity peaks related to seasonality or customer events
• Structure, develop, and manage logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with operational, HR, disciplinary, safety, hygiene, and cold-chain procedures
• Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigerators
• Improve equipment availability and reduce downtime
• Optimize maintenance costs and manage spare-parts inventory
• Manage supplier relationships and performance indicators
• Develop action plans to sustainably improve unit economics
• Work with Finance to control OPEX and manage CAPEX investments
• Participate in cross-functional routines, including S&OP and performance reviews
• Develop new operating models, including automation, pooling, and new tools
• Lead continuous improvement projects with the Operational Excellence team
• Collaborate with the Food, Supply Planning, Revenue, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams

Requirements

• Significant experience managing multi-site logistics operations
• Significant experience managing operational teams
• Ability to take a strategic perspective without losing touch with day-to-day operations
• Comfortable working in an environment where you must structure, make decisions, and drive initiatives forward quickly
• Experience in equipment maintenance, food service, supply chain, or a highly demanding operational environment is particularly valued
