Head of Legal, Global Corporate & Commercial

Naboo.app is seeking an experienced in-house corporate lawyer to steer our global expansion, board governance, and cross-border compliance. You will structure subsidiaries, manage secretary duties, and oversee equity programs across jurisdictions.

You will craft MSAs and ToS for a SaaS marketplace, negotiate with enterprise clients and suppliers, and ensure adherence to European, UK, and US travel and commercial rules. Fluency in French and English is required.
