Head of Legal, Fintech/SaaS - Remote EU/France

Ant-Tech is seeking a Head of Legal to own and drive all legal matters for a fast-growing fintech and digital asset infrastructure company. This remote-first role requires leadership across commercial contracts, IP, regulatory affairs, HR and compliance, with global responsibility.

You will translate complex regulations into product features, manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, and partner with the CEO, CPO, Sales, and Product to scale legally while maintaining speed and rigor.
