Head of Legal, Fintech SaaS & RegTech — Remote EU

Ant-Tech is seeking a Head of Legal to own all legal matters across the company. You will lead regulatory affairs, commercial contracts, IP strategy, and HR policy across markets, reporting to the CEO and partnering with Product, Sales, and Engineering. The role is remote-first with international reach.

You will drive scalable legal processes, engage regulators, and manage external counsel, while shaping product compliance and growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.
